This 21 Year Old Tobermory has been finished in Manzanilla Sherry casks, creating a delightfully sweet and spicy malt.

The Manzanilla Cask Finish on the unpeated Tobermory perfectly balances fresh citrus fruit with a gentle spiciness and bitter coffee and chocolate to create a delicious dram with a dry and long lasting finish.

Established in 1798, Tobermory Distillery (initially known as Ledaig Distillery), is the only distillery on the Isle of Mull and is one of the oldest commercial distilleries in Scotland. It is unique, not just because of its idyllic location, but because it produces two different, but equally alluring, single malts: the robust, smoky Ledaig and the fruity, unpeated Tobermory.

Tobermory Distillery uses unusually shaped stills that have both boil bulbs and steeply inclined s-shaped lyne arms (the pipe that runs from the still to the condenser), which lead to more refined notes in the finished spirit. The use of these unique stills, access to some of the purest water in the world and the selection of specific casks for aging make the distinctive and noteworthy Scotch whiskies for which Tobermory is known.
